50% payment required before any work is done, full payment is required after final sketch.

If a different payment plan is negotiated, you will only receive a watermarked/low resolution/screenshotted version of the artwork until the final payment has been received.

Refund after flat color has been started --> 70%

Refund after shading has been started --> 40%

No refunds after completion.

Progress screenshots will be sent at sketch (traditional or digital), flat colors (digital), shading, background sketch (if applicable), and background (if applicable) - you can ask for progress updates at any point.

I reserve the right to use any unused/rejected sketches for art of my choosing.

Credit me as the artist of your commissioned piece. Don't edit my art without permission, feel free to ask me to make changes if they're small (large changes may result in additional fees).

Small changes along the way are free. Major changes may result in fees. Changes of the base colors after shading has been started, or of the sketch/pose after flat colors have been started may result in fees.

If you don't respond to any messages or forms of contact for one month without prior notice, the piece as completed so far will be sent in full quality without any further work being done, with no refunds.

By commissioning me you acknowledge that you've read and agreed to this ToS.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any point, and provide a refund.
